Meet the Maher Chiropractic Team

Meet Anna from our St. Louis office.
Anna Unger

Anna has worked with us on and off at our St. Louis office while attending high school and college.  Our “Girl Friday” has been a great asset to our office.  She has finished her degree in sports training, but continues to fill in at times to help our office run smoothly.

Meet Carolyn from our St. Louis office.
Carolyn DeGreeff

As the newest member of our St. Louis office staff, Carolyn is catching on very quickly.  Carolyn is married and her husband Al is with Ameren UE.  They have two high school age children, Eric and  Kelley.  You can catch up with Carolyn running or biking on Grants Trail.

Meet Kathie from our St. Louis office.
Kathie Sears

This next year will mark twelve years of care to our St. Louis patients for Kathie.  Kathie, Dennis and their son Jason were all regular faces in our office prior to Kathie coming on board in 1994.  Kathie also has two daughters, Mary and Tammy and three grand children that keep her running almost as much as we do.

Lynn Bochantin

If our St. Louis office sounds unusually quiet, it must be Lynn’s day off.  Starting on our staff in 2000, Lynn has kept the office at a lively pace when she is working.  From assisting  with patient care to managing the Internet information Lynn brings her special enthusiasm to all her task.  She and her husband Ken have two children, Nancee and Greg.  Lynn keeps busy away from the office with her weekly bowling league and of course a few shopping trips.

Meet Norma from our St. Louis office.
Norma Fisher

From our small beginnings in South St. Louis Norma has helped us steer the course.  Norma, also a racquetball player at the time, came to work for us in 1986.  She and her husband Casey have two children, Susan and Ron.   When she and Casey aren’t on the dance floor or golf course they are busy trying to keep up with their grandson Jason.

Dr Mark Asks some important questions of interest to St Louis residents - Chiropractor St Louis Dr Mark Asks...

If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
What's your plan to deal with drug-resistant 'super germs'?
Chiropractors have always been concerned with the indiscriminate use of antibiotics, accelerating the mutation of microbes that make "wonder" drugs increasingly ineffective. My strategy? Do everything possible to bolster my immune system through proper diet, rest, exercise, clean air, pure water and an optimally functioning nervous system with regular chiropractic care.
